Impressive luxury villa with sea views located near the village of S'Horta and the beautiful beaches of Cala D'en Marçcal and Cala Sa Nau.

This fully renovated 14th-century estate boasts spectacular living rooms, terraces, stunning views, a vaulted wine cellar, and beautiful gardens with an orchard and fruit trees, adjacent to the swimming pool. The house is situated less than 3 km from the Vall d'Or Golf Course.

It has a maximum capacity of 40 people, distributed among 20 double bedrooms.

The house is built on three levels, with the main floor being the ground floor, which houses the living rooms, dining room, and kitchen.

On the ground floor, access to the property is through a beautiful courtyard that leads to the current library on one side and to the three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is adapted for people with disabilities. Two separate staircases lead from this courtyard to the first floor. On this same floor, we find a beautiful hall or cellar with vaulted ceilings, next to which are two guest bathrooms and an old kitchen with a traditional fireplace. From this area, or with direct access from the south facade, we find the former chapel, now converted into a multipurpose room, perfect for a conference room or auditorium.
Accessing the first floor via the staircase called 'D'es Señor', we arrive at the entrance to the first floor. From this south-facing wing, all the rooms have stunning sea views. We thus access the main living room with a fireplace, bar, and sea views, as well as the dining area and kitchen. From the dining room, we access the beautiful terrace on this floor, with an outdoor dining and lounge area, both offering breathtaking sea views.

In the porches located next to the main building, we find six more brand-new double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The bridal suite will only be included if all 16 bedrooms are rented or in the case of an event, with an additional charge.

The minimum stay is:
- July and August: one week
- June and September: 5 nights
- Rest of the year: 4 nights

The extra charge for a meeting room is €250/room/day. Cleaning is included in the price for 4 hours each morning, Monday to Friday, but does not include kitchen cleaning, which is the responsibility of the chef or catering company hired by the client.

If a chef or catering company is not hired, there is a mandatory extra charge of €75/day.

The extra charge for events is €3,500 and includes:
- Use of the bridal suite (if fewer than 16 rooms are rented)
- Pre- and post-event cleaning
- A person to control guest access to the villa's private areas
- Cleaning of the bathrooms used during the event
The security deposit for events is €5,000.
